PACE was entrusted with the Thameslink project, tasked with providing a comprehensive design and build solution for the reinstatement of boundaries between London Underground (LUL) and Network Rail (NR) land. The project's scope included diverse elements such as new compound construction, bank stabilisation, trough route upgrades, hardstanding installations, new fencing, and the removal of 800 tons of type one material.
