PACE was contracted by our client to provide essential support for cable pulling and ETE teams in the rectification of Wimbledon depot after a recent fire caused damage to cables, demanding the installation of new cables, and upgraded containment routes. The project involved the installation of 17,000 meters of DC cable, addressing the challenges posed by tight timescales due to the urgent need to reinstate power for the depot's full functionality. PACE's proactive approach included surveying and collaborating closely with the client and key stakeholders to develop an accelerated program, ensuring a swift resolution to the issues at hand. In this project, PACE not only met the immediate goals of cable installation and containment upgrades but also contributed significantly to the broader outcomes.
